ARE THESE THE LAST DAYS?
A NOTE FROM JASON
Dear Friends, with all the crazy things going on these days in our nation and the world right now, there things that all of us as Believers must focus on no matter what we must face in our daily life. I’ve often shared about living with Urgency and Exigency and it is so important that we are ready for what is ahead!
THE BIBLE TELLS US VERY CLEARLY HOW WE MUST LIVE
Our Bridegroom is on His way! Don’t be one of the foolish ones who aren’t ready! How do we keep ourselves ready? By always refilling our lamp every day and by being aware of the infilling of the Holy Spirit in us. We can’t expect others to give us their oil to keep our lamps full, so that means we must go directly to God to fill ourselves rather than just relying on pastors, preachers, friends, family members or others to fill us up. The main reason that Jesus ascended to Heaven after His resurrection was to send the “Helper” the Holy Spirit, to help us with this very issue. (John 14:26, John 15:26 and John 16:7)
How do we keep our lamp full of oil?
The Word – Ask yourself this question, is the Bible my daily bread right now? Is it sustaining me or do I need to self-medicate with something else?
4 But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ Matthew 4:4
Prayer – Go online to a bible website such as BibleGateway.com and search “Pray” and read through the amazing list of results.
But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. Matthew 6:6
Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Matthew 9:38
And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” Matthew 21:22
Worship – We are created for the purpose of worshiping and glorifying God.
Consecrate Yourself
Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? 4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. 5 He shall receive blessing from the Lord, And righteousness from the God of his salvation. 6 This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face. Selah! PSALM 24:3-6
Fellowship – The second greatest commandment according to Jesus is to Love Others! God doesn’t want us to isolate, when we do this, we stop bearing fruit and there is no way we can multiply our talents our ourselves or grow the Kingdom by being isolated and out of fellowship with the Body of Christ or other people in our community.
For many of us believers, this is hard because you may have been hurt in past interactions, or have an introverted personality, but during this time coming soon, when the mark of the beast is here, THE ONLY WAY you are going to make it through this time is with the Body of Christ coming together like in the early church!
“Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, 45 and sold their possessions and goods, and dividedthem among all, as anyone had need. 46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.”ACTS 2:44-47
Live EVERY DAY with FAITH!
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He rewards those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6
It also says that Faith comes by HEARING and by the (verbal) word of God, so we must seek Him, listen to His voice! It is essential that we hear His still small voice Elijah heard in 2 Kings Chapter 19
Obviously the next step is to be “Doer’s of the Word” both written and SPOKEN! When we know that we know that we know God has spoken to us about something, doing what He says is the obvious next step, sometimes that’s hard to do and we must trust Him that no mater what, even if we die doing it,
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. 17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, 18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”2 Corinthians 4:16-18
Remember, in the end, WE WIN!

And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” 5 Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said [b]to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.” 6 And He said to me, “It[c] is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. 7 He who overcomes [d]shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. 8 But the cowardly, [e]unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” Revelations 21:3-8
